Our Ethos
Having our hands on the beating heart of hospitality, we have set out four main focuses to which we follow with great pride. This is what makes us so unique. Evatt & Bullock Co. are striving to be as environmentally kind as possible, this comes with great responsibility to support our local producers; of whom we have developed fantastic relationships.
Local
You will notice our menus revolve around local produce. Our beef is reared 5 miles from our kitchen, the same goes for our organic whole milk, fresh salads, flours and much more.
Seasonal
Using what is best at the time it is at it’s best, is the only way to make flavour sing. Our menus are written by the seasons and natures calender.
Quality
We keep things small, we make things to the best ability that we can. We are here for the quality, not quantity.
People
As huge supporters of our local communities, we invest as much as we can into our local makers and creatives. All of our tableware has been hand turned just outside Ludlow.

Tailored Service
When you make initial contact with our team, our note making begins which leads us to plan for a perfect event. All of our events are entirely tailored to you as our clients, no two menus are the same. We offer a completely bespoke package which our team will communicate to you to gather your requirements.
