Harry Evatt Bullock
Evatt & Bullock Co. has been founded by chef Harry Bullock. As such a passion for food was developed in younger years, Harry has spent the best part of his life working in professional kitchens, honing his skills along the way. His last period in the kitchen saw him run his own kitchen at The Coach House in Norbury; achieving 2 AA rosettes in the first 3 months. This led him to attract the eyes of Harden’s Guide where he achieved 5/5 for exceptional cookery, The Saturday Times ranked him 8/10 and Michelin even knocked on the door. In previous jobs, he got The Pound Inn into the Michelin Guide in 2016.
This has always been a dream for Harry, to work for himself and to do what he loves for people in the comfort of their own space. A keen countryman, Harry immerses himself into outdoor activities including game shooting, gardening and fishing, so a meticulous eye for quality and animal welfare is in Harry’s forefront mind. Photography is also a big part of Harry’s life, which allows him to explore different areas of the county and discover new wild ingredients on the way. If you can’t find him doing any of those things, he is probably out training his gun dogs!
Ruby Tuesday Kempster
Ruby is such a fabulous character, full of smiles and always happy to help you. She has great knowledge of working front of house and was formerly a barista. She is a huge lover of country life, making her connections with food and ingredients a huge bonus in her work.
Ruby joined our team in August 2020, starting off helping with paperwork. Ruby has grown throughout her time with us, into a remarkable young women. She now runs the entire booking process, logistics regarding our delivery service and does the day to day office work. She is a true star, you should look forward to meeting her.
Jenna Collins
Jen has a wealth of hospitality knowledge and experience, gathered from years of hard work in the industry. Working in many high end establishments including Northcote & The Coach House at Norbury.
Jen’s nature ensures that you have an unforgettable experience and makes sure that you are looked after throughout your time with us. She is full of energy, bubbles and just great fun!
